This isn't right if they are getting that Titan that wasn't completed back.
During the ASCN wars they lost a lot of stuff due to node crashes and stuff and CCP didn't refund anything. Another sign of dev partisanship if this is true.

LV spammed the entry stargate with 20 to 30 bubbles too, so you could say they were violating it as well.....

I disagree. In the past there have been node crashes before and there was no reimbursement, in all of those cases it was BoB and allies that benefitted. Their opponents where not reimbursed and LV shoud not be reimbursed.
If they are reimbursed then the D2 titan should be reimbursed.
